Complete R22 Seat Upgrade

Upgrade your Robinson R22 with a fully hand-stitched leather seat kit designed for comfort, durability, and a refined cabin aesthetic. Built specifically for the R22 platform, this complete two-seat kit delivers a factory-clean fit with upgraded materials that perform as well as they look.

Each seat is crafted using high-quality aviation leather and our proprietary DoubleGuard high-comfort foam, engineered to provide superior support on long flights while maintaining a slim profile to maximize legroom inside the cabin.

What’s Included

This package includes complete, ready-to-install seat assemblies.

No reupholstery is required. Designed for straightforward replacement, the assemblies allow for efficient installation and immediate return to service. Seat pans are OEM Robinson components; no STC is required.

Installation

Installation requires 1/8" rivets. Existing seat backs must be drilled out to remove current rivets, and new rivets must be installed to secure the replacement seat assemblies.

Estimated installation time: 1-2 hours based on experience level.

Professional Installation in Detroit (KDET)

Professional installation services are available at our Detroit facility. Aircraft are securely hangared during the process, and the complete interior is professionally installed by our team. Please contact us for current installation rates and scheduling availability.

Core Return

To complete the order, existing seat assemblies must be returned to Inflight Interiors following installation. This core return process ensures continued use of OEM Robinson components and maintains compliance with factory specifications

Shipping and Delivery

Select colors are available for immediate shipment, while others may require custom production. In-stock configurations typically ship within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery occurring within approximately 3–5 business days. 

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for all made-to-order configurations.
